Analysis of basic pay for LGV drivers, van drivers, warehouse workers, vehicle fitters, traffic clerks, porters, packers, driver’s mates, general managers and transport/logistics managers. We also look at pay settlements in the road transport and distribution sector with effective dates in 2007 and the extent of bargaining with trade unions.

Recruitment and retention
