Launched in 1989, IDS Pensions Law Reports provide an authoritative source of court decisions on pensions issues. Each Report sets out the full text of a legal decision, accompanied by a summary of the facts and a concise comment assessing the significance of each case. In addition there is now an online archive of cases back to 1996. The service provides full coverage of pensions decisions in the UK courts and the European Court. But it also provides the texts of important, difficult-to-locate judgments, for example from the courts of the USA, Canada or Australia, which may have an impact on UK pensions law. The Pensions Law Reports series is citable as an official law report. The reports are relied upon by almost all the leading pensions law firms in the UK as well as pensions consultants, pension scheme managers and trustees. Bound copies of each year's Pensions Law Reports, back to 1989, are available to subscribers. A cumulative index is sent to subscribers each year, allowing subscribers to trace the cases they need either by subject or by case name. PLR online
