IDS survey of pay and conditions in call and contact centres 2012

This year's survey of pay and conditions in call and contact centres is now open. The report is now in its sixteenth year and has become an important source of benchmark information for call centre and customer service roles.

All participants will receive a free copy of the summary findings of our research. There will also be a discount available on the price of the full report, Pay and conditions in call and contact centres 2012/13, to be published later in the year.

The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and it is possible to save your progress at any time if you wish to fill it out in more than one sitting. A supplementary guide towards the end of the questionnaire provides job descriptions and examples of the roles we are benchmarking in the survey, to help you match your jobs to those in the questionnaire; along with an IDS job levels matrix which provides additional support in job matching.

The closing date for the survey is Friday 1 June 2012.
