ECR UK salary award survey

Information is at the heart of the IDS Executive Compensation Review's service and subscribers will already be familiar with our quarterly round-ups of managerial pay awards. To continue to improve our service and provide a much clearer picture of the salary increases received by different levels of management - board; senior management; middle/junior management and professional and technical staff – we have designed a new, more focused questionnaire.

We are inviting you to fill in and return to us for inclusion in our next round-up. Recognising how sensitive this information could be to you, we have also decided that all details will be treated confidentially. Subscribers will read the results in the Executive Compensation Review and non-subscribers taking part in our survey will receive a complimentary copy of the Review which contains the results.

The survey questionnaire is provided as an Excel document. Please either fax or e-mail your completed questionnaire to the number or address shown on it.
