Executive Pay at Royal Mail

In our latest In Practice article, ECR takes a look at the principles driving remuneration policy at Royal Mail Group. The report focuses on the operation of the Annual performance bonus scheme and Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) which supplement base pay and benefits.
