- Workable – a charity aiming to raise employer awareness of the skills which disabled people possess.
- The Computability Centre – a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of disabled people through the use of computers and associated technology.
- Disability Net – a worldwide information and news service for disabled people and others interested in disability issues.
- The Job Accommodation Network – a US-based organisation, describing itself as an international consulting service, which provides information on employing people with disabilities

- Recruitment and Employment Confederation
- AlljobsUk.com – this site is designed to help users to identify the recruitment firms which specialise in their particular industry or occupation.
- Online Recruitment – run by the Online Recruitment magazine, this site also carries summaries of more than 300 recruitment websites and more detailed profiles of around 40 leading sites.
- UK Recruiter – this site run by New Media in Business which specialises in onsite training. It aims to provide comprehensive information on and links to the UK recruitment industry
- Association of Graduate Recruiters – the AGR exists to support employers in all aspects of the recruitment of graduates to meet their current and future business needs.
- Jobcentre Plus part of the Department for Work and Pensions.
Teleworking
- Telework Association (also known as TCA) – the TCA describes itself as Europe's largest organisation dedicated to the promotion of teleworking and its website provides information on its activities and publications as well as links to other useful sites.
- Telework Ireland – this website to promote teleworking in Ireland was relaunched in May 2000 to coincide with the publication of the new manuals for employers and employees.
- Canadian Telework Association – information about telework and other flexible work arrangements in Canada but with links and reports from other countries. The site is sponsored by InnoVisions Canada, consultants specialising in flexible work arrangements.
- International Telework Association & Council – the US-based ITAC is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the economic, social and environmental benefits of this type of work. Its members share information on issues such as the design and implementation of teleworking. It carries a number of workshops on various aspects of telework.
- Telecommuting, teleworking and alternative officing – this site is sponsored by Gil Gordon Associates, US-based consultants in the implementation of teleworking. It collates a wide variety of information from around the world, and from many different perspectives, on teleworking, the virtual office and related topics.
