Existing Orders & Deliveries

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch it will be picked up from our warehouse by our carrier. At the point of pick up you will be sent an email from our carrier with a tracking number provided that your email address has been recorded on your IDS/Sweet & Maxwell Account Number. Our carrier will also send you an email once the parcel has been delivered.

If you email address has not been recorded on your IDS/Sweet & Maxwell Account Number you will need to contact our Customer Service Team to obtain your tracking number. Once you have this tracking number then please visit our carriers website at www.dpd.co.uk to view the status of your delivery.

You can only change an order for an in-stock item on the day that the order was placed: contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and they will update or change your order as required.

To change an order for an in-stock item after the day on which it was ordered, please wait for it to be delivered, then return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Orders out-of-stock items, or those not yet published, can be changed at any time before the item is in stock or has been published.

You can only cancel an order for an in-stock item on the day that the order was placed: contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and they will arrange to cancel the order.

To cancel an order for an in-stock item after this, please wait for it to be delivered, then return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Orders for out-of-stock items, or those not yet published, can be cancelled at any time before the item is in stock or has been published.
